What Are Credits & How Do I Use Them to Advertise My Sites?
One Credit is equal to another member seeing your site once. What we do is when you view other people’s sites in our Surf Bar (Surfing) you earn a part of or a whole Credit, depending upon your membership level. These Credits can then be used to get your site seen by other members.

How Do I Surf (view other member sites) to Earn Credits?
It’s easy and quick to do, simply click the Surf link found inside the Members Area menu and review another member’s site that is displayed until the counter counts down. When the counter has counted down you will see images, Click the one inside the box that matches the one to the left of the box and you will progress to the next member’s site to view in rotation. and This is how you earn Credits. Keep doing this for as long as you can per Surf session to accumulate Credits that will be assigned to your sites.

I Am Surfing but My Sites Are Not Getting Seen by Other Members, What Am I Doing Wrong?
You probably have a percentage of your Credits auto assigned to your sites. If you were to set auto assign to 100% all Credits would automatically be added to your sites as you earned them and your sites will be seen in rotation instead of increasing your Credit balance.

I Have Enough Credits but My Sites Are Not Getting Seen, Why?
You need to assign the Credits to your sites. (Click Your Websites in the menu) You can assign however many Credits to each site that you need (must be a whole number). Each Credit assigned means your site will be shown in rotation once to another Member as they surf.

I Have Forgotten My Password?
You can request your password or password change by using the forgot password page that is linked from the login page. Your passwords are encrypted so we are unable to look it up for you directly, the system mailer will send it to the email on file that is associated with your Account. If you are still having problems then you can request by support ticket that we reset it to one of our choice and that you can change it after you login.

I Am Not Getting Emails / Verification Emails from SkyscraperSurf?
You can use the resend page. Link to this can also be found on the login page. This will resend the email confirmation link to you. This automated system can only send out the link to the email address associated with your Account. If you do not get it then it probably your email service provider blocking our emails. If after whitelisting you still do not get emails from us then you will need to use a different email.

How Much Is It to Join?
SkyscraperSurf is free to join and use. We make our money from providing website advertising services.

How Can I Contact You for Support?

How Do I Earn Money with SkyscraperSurf?
We are a website advertising service. You can use our advertising service to promote your websites, affiliate links, or other opportunities to the SkyscraperSurf Members and that exposure may in turn make you money.

How Can I Cancel My Account If I Decide It’s Not For Me?
Inside the Member’s Area go to your Profile page found in the Menu and you will find a delete account button. This will instantly remove your account and stop all emails from us. Please note this action is final. We cannot recover any information after you delete your account and we will be unable to restore your deleted account back.
